Frequently Asked Questions
Not only do you need a wedding planner, you deserve one. It is a gift to yourself, to really enjoy your engagement and wedding. A wedding planner does not always mean outsourcing everything (this is of course possible), but above all it means that you can focus on the fun aspects of planning your wedding (think: tasting the cake, trying on the dress, choosing the right wines), and we ensure that everything runs smoothly, such as the budget, adhering to deadlines, arranging the perfect locations and suppliers, the daily mailings about the small details with all suppliers. In addition, we have already done all the research into locations and suppliers. This can be quite a task for you, which will take many hours, and where you often cannot see the forest for the trees. We do not mean to say that it is impossible to plan your wedding yourself, but we do mean that it can take a lot of time that you could also spend in other ways. But, a little help goes a long way and there are options for every budget. Are you lost in the wilderness and need some help to get back on track? Ask us for some advice to help you get started!
It is often necessary to reserve a location 1 to 1.5 years in advance, especially on weekend days. It's also important for your guests: the sooner they know the wedding date, the more likely they are to keep it free. It's certainly not impossible to plan a wedding shorter in advance. However, six months to a year in advance is certainly advisable to achieve all your wishes. We have planned a wedding 3-5 months in advance several times and it was beautiful, but hey, we are also experienced wedding planners for that. Popular locations, photographers and other suppliers in particular are more likely to be fully booked. To make the planning process as relaxed and fun as possible for you, we recommend starting as soon as possible!
For sure! A friend or family member is often asked to act as master of ceremonies. This person is familiar with the guests and of course with you and we enjoy working with the master of ceremonies. We ensure that he or she is involved in everything, but also that he or she can enjoy the wedding itself and not experience the necessary stress that comes with planning and the day itself. So that your master of ceremonies can actually be a guest at your wedding!
A weddding planner is often booked for peace and quiet and for you to not put the burden on your friends and family. That's a fantastic feeling. Especially so that they don't have to arrange anything on the day itself and can just enjoy it. You can contact us at any time in the run-up to the wedding. If necessary, we will happily connect you to our favorite suppliers, but we are also happy to work with other suppliers. It is also possible to book us only as master of ceremonies on the day itself. In our options you can read exactly what this will look like for your planning process!
Absolutely, we work with experienced suppliers who can take care of everything at a location without fixed facilities. No concept is too crazy for us! This makes it possible to build a kitchen where the catering can cook the tastiest dishes for your wedding. There are also many companies that have the best light & sound system and can take this to your dream location!
