ABOUT US
We are TTWP. A team of wedding planners (have a look at our; about us page) We (Nina & Susanna) started in 2018 to combine our passion for love and travel by focusing on organizing (destination) weddings. We like to describe this as “creating and celebrating a beautifully styled organised chaos”, both in the Netherlands and abroad. Chaos? Yes, chaos!
We believe that organised chaos is equal to a warm, casual and cosy atmosphere, being carefree, together with your loved ones in beautiful surroundings. And that with humor and love, organised by us.
Our goal and greatest motivation is to set up the most beautiful events and simply; to make people laugh and have fun. We work with lots of love, positive energy and always stay close to ourselves. As a result, we organise weddings for couples who share our vision and planning always remains a fun adventure. With this in mind, we are looking for new stars to strengthen our team. We are looking for a Junior/Intermediate Destination Wedding Planner who not only plans events, but also brings love stories to life — from Tuscan vineyards to French castles and Spanish coastlines.
At The Travelling Wedding Planner, it's about more than just a wedding. It's about multi-day wedding experiences. Welcome dinners under the stars, pool parties in the sunshine, and brunches overlooking the sea. Moments that combine to create one unforgettable weekend, and you're the one who brings it all together.

Operations internal AKA:
A smooth operator in the chaos
Do you say I DO? We are looking for a real organiser & planner. You have all your businesses in order and can turn every chaos into an organised one. You have a passion for (wedding) planning and life. In addition to creativity, a good dose of humor is a plus.
In the coming months you will be responsible for the operational side of TTWP and you will ensure that everything is administratively arranged and that good SOPs are made for all actions. In addition, you have an eye for detail and you know better than anyone how to maintain good relationships.
If you like to get to know new places and always find the most beautiful hotspots, then this internship is for you! One of the important tasks of our smooth operator is to look for the most beautiful wedding locations for our couples.
We are a small company and therefore you have a big responsibility. We work result-oriented and this ensures that you have the freedom to partly schedule your own hours. The week starts with a team call or meeting on Monday and we love to end our weeks with fun activities or get togethers wherever we can. At the moment we alternate working from home with working at our office in the centre of Amsterdam. In addition, each intern attends a wedding abroad at least once!
Besides the work itself, it is important for us to: have a cup of coffee (or wine) together, eat good food, to really find ways to connect, brainstorm together and, above all, laugh a lot. Love for work and for life as we said.
