ABOUT US
We are Nina & Susanna. We started in 2018 to combine our passion for love and travel by focusing on organizing (destination) weddings. We like to describe this as “creating and celebrating a beautifully styled organized chaos”, both in the Netherlands and abroad. Chaos? Yes, chaos!
Where chaos with us stands for a casual atmosphere, being together, carefree enjoyment and warm & genuine conviviality, which also looks beautiful. And that with humor and love organized by us.
Our goal and greatest motivation is to set up the most beautiful events and simply; to make people laugh and have fun. We work with lots of love, positive energy and always stay close to ourselves. As a result, we organize weddings of couples who share our vision and planning always remains a fun adventure. With this in mind, we are looking for new toppers to strengthen our team. Marketing/ Communication internal AKA:
A (content) creator and mastermind of beautiful chaos
You sayI DO?We are looking for a creative marketing & communication intern with a passion for (wedding) planning and life. In addition to creativity, a good dose of humor is a plus.
In the coming months you will be responsible for the marketing and online strategy of TTWP and you will ensure (in collaboration with us and the operations intern) that we: continue to grow sustainably, reach our target group in different ways, and above all stick to our vision .
We are a small company and therefore you have a big responsibility. We work result-oriented and this ensures that you have the freedom to partly schedule your own hours. The week starts with a team call or meeting on Monday and concluded on Friday with a creative brainstorm and the VRIJMIBO or VRIJMIBA (Friday Afternoon Special Activity...). At the moment we alternate working from home with working at our houseboat office in the Houthavens, in cozy cafes, and at various co-workspaces in Amsterdam & The Hague. In addition, every intern attends a wedding abroad at least once!
Besides the work itself, it is important for us to; having a cup of coffee (or wine) together, eating good food, connecting in special ways, brainstorming together and, above all, laughing a lot. Love for work and for life as we said.

Operations internal AKA:
A smooth operator in the chaos
You sayI DO?We are looking for a real organizer & planner. You have all your affairs in order and can turn every chaos into an organized one. You have a passion for (wedding) planning and life. In addition to creativity, a good dose of humor is a plus.
In the coming months you will be responsible for the operational side of TTWP and you will ensure that everything is administratively arranged and that good SOPs are made for all actions. In addition, you have an eye for detail and you know better than anyone how to maintain good relationships.
If you like to get to know new places and always find the most beautiful hotspots, then this internship is for you! One of the important tasks of our smooth operator is to look for the most beautiful wedding locations for our couples.

Chateau de Marriage intern AKA:
Summer internship at a beautiful Domaine in Champagne, France
Do you say I DO? We are looking for an enthusiastic summer intern with a passion for (wedding) planning, where you are an intern in Amsterdam AND at a beautiful wedding location in the Champagne region. Besides a passion for planning is the "joie de vivre" mindset, very welcome to have while organizing these amazing French/Dutch weddings!
What's it all about?
During the summer months, you will share responsibility for the weddings at this wedding venue. You and our team will ensure that everything runs smoothly, that all guests and especially the bride and groom lack nothing and that everyone has a dream weekend! You will work closely with 2 of our regular wedding planners and the regular caterer at the location. In between the weddings you will be busy reviewing all the arrangements made, finalizing the last to do's for the couples and creating scripts together with our wedding planning team.
What are we looking for?
